The Front Desk and Kitchen/Breakfast Service Teams were extremely helpful and professional. The location was excellent, with a variety of restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops just across the street. There was also a shopping mall nearby and a well-known private hospital. The tram connection to downtown was convenient and only a few stops away. a very satisfying stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with a tasteful decoration. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and popular spots. There was good Wi-Fi and car park available which made our stay really comfortable.

Our room was a bit noisy. The windows were not properly sealed which made it really cold, and we had to keep the AC on all the time.
